Ordering Information Placing an order Orders can be submitted through the online store; all you need to do is add the requested item to your cart. Please include the desired size and colour, as well as any additional information, in the Special Instructions to Merchant box. When your order has been received, a confirmation email – including estimated delivery time – will be sent to the email address included with your order. Any items – including custom orders – must be ordered through our email address. Payment Payments are only accepted using PayPal through our online store. Returns can only be accepted if received within 7 days. Refunds are offered at our discretion and only an item is faulty. Credit notes, or exchanges, will be offered if a refund is not possible. Delivery Boom! Boom! Baby! Boutique corsetry and clothing are dispatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and sent along with a tracking number. UK postage rates are charged at £7.50 International postage rates are charged at £15.00 Items are sent along with a unique tracking number. Boom! Boom! Baby! Boutique corsetry and garments are hand-made and, therefore, delivery can take 2 – 6 weeks. If you wish to receive your items within 14 days, please get in touch before placing your order. Customers should be aware of their country’s Customs duty rates before ordering as a charge could be applied. Boom! Boom! Baby! Boutique is not responsible for this charge and will not accept responsibility for any such charges incurred to the customer. Sizing Corsets are designed to reduce waist size and to ensure a correct fit the following must be adhered: Corset sizes are in inches. Corsets can reduce your waist size by 2 – 4 inches. This must be accounted for in your order. Your order must be placed using the corset size you require and NOT your actual waist size, e.g. you have a 24 inch waist; your order should be for a 20 inch corset. To help order the correct size, measure around your natural waist (roughly where your belly button is, were you naturally go in) and deduct 4 inches. If your waist is an odd number deduct 3 inches, e.g. you have a 29 inch waist; your order should be for a 26 inch corset. If you would like any help with sizing please feel free to get in contact. Fabric To see which fabrics are currently in stock and available, please visit the ‘fabric’ section on our website. We try to regularly stock fabrics, but because of the uniqueness of our corsets and clothing we cannot guarantee a continuous supply. Fabrics and trims are sourced from all over the world and come in a large variety of colours and prints. If you would like a sample of any fabric or would like something not listed on the website, please get in contact, and we will try our best to source it for you. Caring for your Boom! Boom! Baby! Corset All our corsets are hand-made using quality fabrics, steel ‘boning’ and ‘busks’. The boning and busks combine to enhance the fit and shape of the corset. To avoid breaking the boning and busks, the corset must be loosened at the back before and after wearing. When you have finished wearing your corset, hang it somewhere dry, out of direct sunlight, and where air can circulate - allowing your corset to ‘freshen up’. If you need to clean your corset it is advisable to seek a professional dry-cleaner for advice and assistance. If you wish to clean the corset yourself, use a clean sponge – with caution, as we cannot accept responsibility for negligent aftercare.
